There are no special uniforms, belts, certifications, rituals, forms, or techniques that you find in most self-defense schools. Because most self-defense schools are focused on teaching you a martial art and ascending you through their rankings. We work with you to focus on and maintain 4 key elements while under pressure: 1. Breathing 2. Physical Structure 3. Movement 4. Relaxation Number 4, relaxation, seems odd to many people. But we're talking about maintaining mental and emotional relaxation while under pressure or high stress. When you can "keep your cool" during high-stress events, you can make better decisions during emergencies.
